Awards ceremonies are full of fun, nerves, excitement and jubilation. Make sure you capture all of those priceless memories with a set of official photographs. Lots of people at the event are going to take grainy, badly-composed snaps on their phones, but don’t leave it to chance. We’ll be there at every key moment, to give you well-lit, properly composed, beautiful photographs.
We’ll photograph every part of the event, including welcome drinks, networking, the meal, the presenters and the award-winners. We can photograph winners on the stage, or, if you prefer, we can use your step-and-repeat board as a background.
For conferences, we’ll work with your presenters to get great shots of them on the stage. The secret is to try to photograph them during the soundcheck, but if that’s not possible, we’ll be as unobtrusive as possible during the speeches.
We’ll always be dressed smartly, usually in black polo shirt, black trousers and black shoes. We like to present a professional appearance, so that we match the high-quality setting of your live event. We’ll be as unobtrusive as possible, and we’re always conscious to make sure your guests are enjoying themselves and don’t feel like they’ve been papped.
Wherever possible, you’ll receive some of your conference and awards ceremony photographs on the day of the event, with the rest following no longer than 24 hours later. This means you can make social media posts on the day of the event, and then send out thank-you emails with photos the next day.
